I have been smoke free for 3 years and counting. I started smoking from a young age and I never really saw it as a problem.
I’m 23 now and I quit smoking when I was 20, the reason behind me quitting smoking was because I found out that I was pregnant. I now have two children, my little girl is two and my little boy is ten months old, both happy in a smoke free home.

Nine weeks ago today, I made a huge decision to stop smoking for good.
Some my say its a no brainer and not a huge decision, I personally dis-agree, because even with all the health advice and the certain possibility of ill health and lack of cash once the demon nicotine has you in its clutches all the advice in the world doesn’t make much difference.
